Bad Bangs vs. Better Bangs
Tennis star Maria Sharapova models for us wonderful examples of bad bangs and good bangs. On the left we have circa 1990 bangs (although my Texas bangs that year were much bigger, somewhat like Daddy Long Legs). These have been styled with a round brush. On the right, we have fabulous fringe. These have been styled with a paddle brush and blown dry in the proper way for this particular day and age.
To get fabulous fringe, use a paddle brush. Brush air to the left and to the right while drying with a blow dryer. Under no circumstances should a round brush be used.
Hair Genesis For Hair Loss Treatment

The follicle and accompanying structures begin a process of miniaturization. The hair shrinks in diameter. In short, the scalp has more skin showing and less hair. Hair Genesis stops this process from occurring by blocking several key points in this metabolic process.
When taken as directed, Hair Genesis won't hurt your hair. Among other indications, the substances found in Hair Genesis have a long history of clinical use in the treatment of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia), another disorder associated with DHT metabolism. These substances have proven themselves very safe in the treatment of this disorder.
First Flip-Flops Were Out, Now They're Bad for Your Feet
The news regarding flip-flops this season just aren't good. First we heard last month that they were "out" after a few years of being so "in" an entire girl's basketball team made the news for wearing them the White House back in 2005. Now today, a new study shows they may actually be bad for your feet, ankles and toes.
My opinion? Oh so what. Every year, a different study is released saying the same thing (just Google "flip-flops bad for your feet"). The truth is, they are truly the most comfortable shoe in the heat of the summer. Simply put, New York is too unbearable for any shoe other than the flip-flop. Sneakers are unbearably constraining. Closed shoes sans socks cause blisters. Ballerina slippers can feel too confining and I loathe the gladiator sandal, which give me Julius Caesar flashbacks. My suggestion is to get a pair of well-made flip-flops from a sports store like REI or Eastern Mountain Sports. My Chaco flips are made for hardcore walking and even hiking and have lasted me through almost four New York summers.
